Designed a decentralized agricultural finance framework using Ethereum smart contracts to automate loan disbursement, payments and insurance. Enabled transparent supply-chain traceability, increasing farmer adoption of digital transparency from below 50% to ~80%.

Includes EOQ inventory optimisation (1,259 units/order, 95% service level), delivery performance analytics across 110,123 orders (92.1% on-time), seller risk scoring across 881 sellers, and an interactive Plotly Dash dashboard.
